PASS is a fully sanctioned academy with the Dream Park Sports Organization(DPSO). We offer a comprehensive program covering all soccer skills, where all technical and tactical materials are DPSO sanctioned and approved. DPSO runs a year-round program directed to all age groups. Our training and coaching instruction are accomplished through academy programs, camps, clinics, and on a consulting basis. The Instructors� philosophy is to develop a player�s technical and tactical skills while encouraging the importance of strong leadership and sportsmanship. To teach good work habits for practices and games, DPSO believes that players should be prepared mentally and physically. We stress professionalism, discipline and commitment. We believe that you can work hard and have fun at the same time while achieving your goals.

I/We, the parents of the above named candidate for a position on a team, hereby give my/our approval to his/her participation in any and all Dream Park activities during the current season. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from all activities. I/We waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless DemoSample Little League. Little League Baseball, Inc., the organizers, sponsors, participants, and persons transporting my/our child, whether the result of negligence or from any other cause, except to the extent, and in the amount, covered by accident or liability insurance. My/Our child has the permission to participate in the Program.
