Roster Approval The Roster Approval module requires your email address to already be stored with your profile and for your name to already be linked as a roster approver.  If you are a roster approver without an email addresses you will not be able to use Roster Approval.  If your email address is not stored with your name, contact your league and ask them to store your email address with your name.
