• Why should I use SportsManager to help manage my sports organization?

• Is my data secure on SportsManager?
        -SportsManager uses an administrative password that restricts adminisrtative access to you. As administrator you can assign passwords for Organizational Officials (can view all data, change data, but not add or delete) and Users (can only view some data).
• My organization has unique job positions, is there a way I could customize the job positions on SportsManager so I could assign people to these positions?
        -SportsManager allows you to create both job types (Board Members, League Management) and job positions (President of the Board, Secretary, Coach). You can create these positions and assign people to them on an organizational, seasonal, league, or team level. This allows you to customize SportsManager to fit the needs of your organization, and take advantage of other features of SportsManager such as sending email of upcoming events to everyone assigned to any position or just specific positions.
• I need to look through a clutter of paperwork to find information on players, scheduling, and job assignment to type out reports that I need regularly. Does SportsManager provide an easier way to do this?
        -Yes, SportsManager provides you with a variety of reports that you may need. You can simply print out these reports and save time. SportsManager also makes scheduling easy with Scheduling module that allows you to create games, Scrimmages, and practices for a specific time and location.
• The most time consuming part of managing my organization is keeping track of which players are registered and which still owe money. Does SportsManager provide a way to track all of this information?
        -Yes, SportsManager allows you to register players quickly and simply, and also allows you instant access to a list of players who are not currently registered for a particular season. It also keeps track of the player's payment method and if the payment was received in full. This will make the tedious chore of keeping track of registration simple.
• Does SportsManager allow you to easily assign a player to a new team or move a player from one league to another?
        -Not only does SportsManager make it easy to change a players team and league assignment, but it provides reports of players who are currently too old for a league or without a team assignment.
• I am constantly sending emails to Board Members, Team Coaches, League Presidents, etc. on meetings, cancelations and such. It is very time consuming to track all these people and their email addresses. Is there a way I can use SportsManager to do this?
        -Yes, SportsManager allows you to simply select which job positions to email, type in a message, and it will immediately be sent to everyone who is assigned to that position. It also allows you to send an email to anyone who is assigned to any position. This makes updates, cancelation notices, and scheduling info easy to share with everyone who needs it.
